The Place Of Houses Honored To Support Wildlife Rescue Groups In The 2018 Annual Fundraiser
On September 28th, 2018, The Place of Houses in Corpus Christi participated in the 4th Annual Mini Gulf Classic fundraiser, hosted by the Rising Tide Society. Taking place at the Texas State Aquarium, proceeds from the event benefit the aquarium’s wildlife rescue program.
“We were so excited to participate again this year in the Rising Tide Society’s annual Mini Gulf Classic fundraiser,” said Jean Marie Giegerich, the company’s broker/owner. “This is the only event of its kind here in South Texas and it benefits one of our state’s great attractions.”
The Texas State Aquarium was transformed into a mini-golf course complete with 18 holes, a 50-foot putting challenge, club house, and more. Sponsors of the event, The Weichert® affiliate finished this year in second place.
“The Rising Tide Society is an amazing group of young leaders and professionals here in our community who are passionate about supporting the Texas State Aquarium’s mission and conservation efforts,” added Giegerich. “They also gave us a great way to support the aquarium’s wildlife rescue program.”
