I visited Corpus Christi last year and really liked it.. I live out of state and was looking for a coastsl community to move to. I begain researching Corpus on line, through YouTube and the C.C. city website. I decided it was the place for me and eventually got hooked up with Realtor Diane Gardener. She has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her. I have purchased about 10 homes over the years and have dealt with many realtors. I realize realtors are busy people, but when they don't have time to answer questions, then you need to find one who does. I have never found one to go as out of the way, above and beyond, as Diane. I've had lots of questions and if she doesn't have an immediate answer, she will find it and get back to me. I really appreciate her. I have now found a house and escrow will close in just a few weeks. Since I am moving from out of state there are several things Diane has offered to do for me, untill I can make my move out there.
