I visited Corpus Christi last year and really liked it.. I live out of state and was looking for a coastsl community to move to. I begain researching Corpus on line, through YouTube and the C.C. city website. I decided it was the place for me and eventually got hooked up with Realtor Diane Gardener. She has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her. I have purchased about 10 homes over the years and have dealt with many realtors. I realize realtors are busy people, but when they don't have time to answer questions, then you need to find one who does. I have never found one to go as out of the way, above and beyond, as Diane. I've had lots of questions and if she doesn't have an immediate answer, she will find it and get back to me. I really appreciate her. I have now found a house and escrow will close in just a few weeks. Since I am moving from out of state there are several things Diane has offered to do for me, untill I can make my move out there. I just want to publicly say thank you to Diane and let everyone know how good of a realtor she is and how well she has taken care of me. I've purchased a beautiful 2 year old home in a high growth area of Corpus Christi and am very happy.

I was moving out of my current home and needed to find a rental ASAP I had less than 2 weeks left before I had to vacate and I was blessed with the most helpful and understanding Realtor Andrea Delgado, I asked for her help in late Friday evening, not only did she return my call right away she worked all Friday night & through the weekend to help find me a rental that would work with my challenged credit. She was on top of it all and always returned my messages & calls ASAP. Needless to say, she helped me get into a beautiful 4/2/2 that I never would have dreamed I’d be able to get.
