About Tom

Tom Saenz was born and raised in Corpus Christi. In 1985, he graduated from Carroll High School, in Corpus Christi, Tx. He later graduated from Corpus Christi State University (currently Texas A&M Corpus Christi) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and from Sam Houston State University with a Master’s degree in Counseling with a special emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Tom received his real estate license in 2007 and has been working as a full-time Realtor for the past 14 years in Residential, Commercial, and Farm&Ranch/Land sales. He also has 34 years of property and project management experience and 28 years of cattle ranching experience.

In addition to holding a BA and MA, he is also a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®). Tom also holds certifications in Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and is a Texas REALTORS® Leasing Specialist (TRLS).
