About Polly

Polly Balzer was born in Houston, Texas and has long enjoyed Gulf Coast summers, fishing, skiing, and sailing. After obtaining her Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of Texas, School of Law in 1997, she went on to practice family law in Austin, Texas. During her career as a lawyer, she successfully negotiated countless cases involving real estate. As a young lawyer employed at a nonprofit organization, she developed a keen understanding of the housing needs of families in transition. Her drive to help families in need has enabled her to learn the skills necessary to negotiate difficult cases. In 2002, Polly opened her own law office where she honed the responsiveness and accuracy of her communication skills. By prioritizing loyalty, integrity and first class service, Polly ran a successful law office for fourteen years. After closing her law practice, Polly made the Coastal Bend of Texas her permanent home where she is putting her skills to work meeting the real estate needs of our community. Polly’s eye for detail, and experience helping families make her uniquely qualified to negotiate your real estate transaction.
